WHAT INSPIRED ME

My life is not exactly how I’d like it to be, but I always try to see the bright side of the things. This is my entry for “Your Lifestyle Contest” and here too I tried to show just the bright side of my lifestyle. But I think I will need to explain, because it all conceptual. Well, here I go :giggle:

One strong point of my life is (like I said before) that I always try to see the bright side. That’s what’s the strong reflection on the water means. I also spend a lot of time near nature, that’s how I feel connect to the world and recover of day-by-day stress (fortunately there is a wonderful big park near my house), that’s why I wanted to make an art featuring nature for this contest. One of my favorite colors to dress up is white. I have a large collection of bags, shoes, skirt, pants (you named it) in white color (no need to explain how this is represented into my art, although I usually wear t-skirt along the skirt). I also like to wear all sort of accessories like earrings, necklace, etc… that is represented but the ribbons here.

And now, the swan. Well, One of the things I need in my life is freedom (Like Freddy Mercury would say “I want to be free” ) . Freedom to be myself, to not wear masks, to be happy the way I am, to make things the way I think it’s right, no pretending. That’s the difficult part. I always associated freedom to wings and I choose swan because they are my favorite winged-thing. Look how the model is struggling to keep the swan near her. That’s me, struggling to be free. Do you see the feathers on her hair? That’s a feeble attempt to fool herself. And the palace means my ideal lifestyle. So, once I got wings (freedom), I can fly there.

I hope you don’t find this explanation too crazy or long. :giggle:
